Prince Faisal Bin Khalid Bin Abdul Aziz, Governor of Asir region, looks at some catalogues at the pavilion of the Consulate General of India in the First International Franchise Exhibition in Abha. — Courtesy photo ABHA — A two-member team led by Vice Consul (Commercial) Pawan Tripathi represented the Consulate General of India in Jeddah at the 1st International Franchise Exhibition held at the Abha Palace Hotel on Jan. 30-31. Indian companies' catalogues were displayed at the Consulate's pavilion there. A large number of representatives from the business community in the region visited the Indian pavilion and expressed interest in the range of products – from construction to agricultural, IT, pharmaceutical, medical. The products on display included tea, wood, plastic and automobile parts, among others. Visitors also got to collect tourism materials, particularly related to medical tourism.
