R Printing, Knights and Blazers triumph

JEDDAH — R Printing of Ric Santos beat JDC Veterans 111-82 in the Titan Watch–JBL Tournament at the Khalidia basketball court here.
R Printing executed its offense well in the final quarter. Santos scored 23 points for the winner and was adjudged the Titan Watch best player of the game. Manlangit chipped in with 22 points for the loser.
This tournament is principally sponsored by Titan Watch of Al-Hussaini and Al-Yahya Investment Group (Othman Al-Hussaini). The cosponsors are Giordano Fashions (Ahmadullah), Uncle Majid's Rice & Toppings (Francis Odinar Magat) and Ric Printing.
Khalidia 40s defeated Eagles 100-81. Khalidia 40s used its open man in the final quarter as Eagles lost their touch in their offense. Cabachete top scored with 22 points for Khalidia 40s and was named the Giordano best player of the game. Bong Umlas scored 37 points for Eagles.
Movenpick scored over Saudia Catering 92-85 in the Weak B Division as Caneta scored 29 points. Knights beat Wasalak 129-123. Jaber Gonzales scored 26 points.
In the JBL Teens Division, Violet beat Gray 85-69 in the Midget section. Francisco collected 37 points. Yellow defeated Gray 103-84 as Prince Del Rosario hit 31 points in the Juniors Division. Gray beat Blue 95-87 in the Mix Juniors Seniors Division.
In the Mosquito Division (10 years old and below) White defeated Red 14-7. Ivan top scored with 10 points. Blue beat Yellow 27-9 as Isaac contributed 13 points. Black downed Orange 16-10 as Dimaro chipped in with 8 points.
In the Weak A Division, Al-Arabi Décor defeated JDC Warriors 118-85. De Jesus scored 24 points for the winner and was adjudged the JBL best player of the game, while Oro led the loser with 19 points.
Blazers beat Sunbullah 105-104. The loser missed free throws in the last 2 seconds of the game. Osama poured in 31 points for the winner and was selected as the Titan Watch best player of the game. Fuentes scored 52 points for the loser.
