ALFA CO., one of Saudi Arabia's fastest growing companies, has launched the unified Alfa Co. Rewards Card Program KSA-wide. The Rewards Program brings together four of Saudi Arabia's most popular, award-winning restaurants Steak House, Piatto, FireGrill and City Fresh Kitchen into one program that aims to reward guests with exclusive privileges for their loyalty. Alfa.Co Rewards Program is a closed loyalty program that allows members to use their Rewards Card to earn points each time they dine at any of the four restaurants owned and operated by Alfa Co. Accumulated points may then be redeemed for purchases across these restaurants. What makes the loyalty program special is that, each weekday, cardholders are treated to exciting add-on benefits such as Kids Eat Free, Free Soup & Salad Bar, Double Points, Free Appetizer or Dessert, among others. This is in addition to the periodic and seasonal rewards Alfa Co. has in store for members. "More value is what the loyalty program aims to provide our guests," said Alfa Co. CEO Steve Skoien. "Each Alfa Co. restaurant concept already has a number of value added programs such as our popular Lunch Specials for Steak House and Piatto and the El Burrito Card for FireGrill, but we want to give our guests all the incentives to try and enjoy the best of all four concepts by being part of a unified and rewarding loyalty program. Additionally, frequent users of the Alfa Co. Rewards Card are eligible for promotion to higher card levels, namely the Silver Rewards and the VIP Gold card tiers. Silver Rewards cardholders get double the points per riyal spent as well as priority seating privileges, while VIP Gold cardholders receive triple points, reservation privileges and a free dessert each time they visit the restaurant. The Alfa Co. Rewards Cards are available free of charge in all Alfa Co. restaurant locations, with plans to make the rewards program more accessible to a bigger audience in the future by way of a special mobile application. Alfa Co. is a subsidiary of the Al Faisaliah Group Holding Co. JSC.
