MÖVENPICK Hotel Riyadh announced that 13 of the company's Saudi employees successfully graduated from Mövenpick's bespoke Professional Hotelier Program. The program, which was launched in May 2015 provides an opportunity for Mövenpick staff to gain more knowledge in the hospitality sector, and to gain experience in the rapid growth of the tourism sector in Saudi Arabia. The program is made up of eight modules to help lay the foundation for a successful career in hospitality. Modules covers areas such as service, writing action plans, teamwork, cultural diversity and the importance of time management. Mövenpick Hotels Riyadh's General Manager Jean-Pierre Trabut said: "The KSA Professional Hotelier Program was developed by Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts with the aim of elevating the opportunities for Saudi nationals within their country's expanding hospitality industry. Through this program they become professional hoteliers who can continue growing in their careers. We are enormously proud that in our second year we are already celebrating the graduation of 13 participants. The program incorporates Mövenpick's brand values – which include quality, reliability and care with a personal touch – into the core learning modules, to ensure that our employees can comfortably settle into our Mövenpick culture."
