Ryan Getzlaf, who earlier had an assist, scored what proved to be the winning goal on the power play at 8:48 of the third period. He deflected a point shot past Winnipeg goalie Ondrej Pavelec. Logan Shaw and Rickard Rakell also scored for Anaheim, while Andrew Copp and Nik Ehlers had the goals for the Jets. Coyotes 3, Panthers 2 (OT): Tobias Rieder buried a feed from Alex Burmistrov 48 seconds into overtime and Arizona won its second straight game with a victory over Florida at Gila River Arena. Arizona, which also received goals from rookie Christian Fischer and Ryan White, recorded a season-high 42 shots on goal. The Coyotes have won four of their past five home games.
