Mohashin and Bashir shine in SAIB T20 Tournament

RIYADH — Mohashin and Ahsan Bashir excelled in the round 6 matches of the SAIB T20 Tournament which is organized by Riyadh Cricket Association (RCA) and sponsored by Saudi Arabian Investment Bank (SAIB).
Diriyah League
Pak Stallions defeated Seham by 30 runs. Pak Stallions scored 186-9. Asif picked up 3 wickets, while Tahseen and Raees got 2 each. Seham managed 156, in reply. Tahseen and Yassir scored 22 each.
Etihad CC beat Riyadh Warriors CSK by 56 runs. Etihad CC posted 208-7. Talseen contributed 73, Sajjid 53 and Atif 48. Bilal and Zahid claimed 2 wickets each. Riyadh Warriors CSK replied with 152. Ejaz hit 51. Ahsan Bashir grabbed 4 wickets.
Riyadh Rhinos thrashed All Stars CC by 8 wickets. Taking the strike first, All Stars CC recorded 162-8. Adil scored 45 and Asad 39. Islam, Ches and Azharuddin claimed 2 wickets each. Riyadh Rhinos got to the target in 11.5 overs. Subair top scored with 61 and Guhan hit 46. Asad picked up 2 wickets.
King Lions XI downed White Star Green CC by 60 runs in another one-sided affair. King Lions XI posted a formidable score of 222-1 due to a blistering 104 off 52 balls by Mohashin. Nasir and Jewel also played well and added 51 and 41, respectively. White Star Green CC scored 162-6. Hussain top scored with 86. Jahangir, Saiful and Jewel took 2 wickets each.
Challengers XI got the better of Abana CC by 2 wickets. Abana CC tallied 140-7. Karthik and Fazal claimed 2 wickets each. Challengers XI won the match in 17.3 overs. Fazil made 52. Qasim picked up2 wickets.
L'usine CC beat Charsadah Kings by 6 wickets. Charsadah Kings were restricted to 160-7. Abdul Rauf and Shaharyar bagged 2 wickets each. L'usine CC chased the target in 19 overs. Sultan hit 71, Nirmal 46 and Talal 32.
Pak Riderz CC prevailed over Royal Strikers by 9 wickets. Royal Strikers managed 117-9. Arun added scored. Amir picked up 3 wickets and Majid 2. Pak Riderz CC raced to the target in just 8.1 overs. Fawad hit 55 and Shairy 53. Mithun grabbed the only wicket for Royal Strikers.
