This comes after the Presidency of Meteorology and Environment (PME) reported that the unstable weather started Monday evening and will continue until next Tuesday evening. The report said that southern surface winds will raise dust and reduce visibility. This will lead to the formation of low and medium clouds and thunder clouds over the northern parts of the Kingdom including Tabuk, Jouf and the northern frontier. It will extend to Hail and Qassim, where medium rain and associated thunder are expected until Wednesday evening. The report showed that similar conditions are expected along the coast near to Makkah and Madina. There will also be wind, dust, rain and thunder in the area. The Civil Defense urged the public to visit its website www.998.gov.sa to get further details.
