Mir Gazanfar Ali Zaki, veteran footballer who has represented Andhra Pradesh in the Santosh Trophy in the early ninetees, said it was heartening to see that the Indian community living in Jeddah are health conscious and know fully well the benefits of taking regular exercise to ward off health problems such as diabetes and cholesterol. Abdul Latheef, physical instructor at Al-Ahli Club, Jeddah elaborated on the importance of taking regular exercises to maintain good health. Abdul Nazer, body-building instructor and chief coach at Al-Abeer Medical Group stressed on the importance of balanced diet to maintain a good health. Ashraf Morayur, president of Fraternity Forum explained the schedule of the awareness program and said that he counts on the large support and acceptance that the Forum received from the expatriates. Hifz Ur Rahman, president, Saudi-Indian Football Forum, felicitated the organizers for their sincere efforts to generate awareness among the expatriates.
