The Federation of Kerala Associations in Saudi Arabia (FOKASA) has extended its heartfelt felicitations to the Indian Embassy in Riyadh for its decision to start open houses at the embassy auditorium, scheduled on the first Thursday of every month beginning Feb. 2. “It will go a long way in helping an ordinary Indian worker away from the city to have a direct access to the officials in the embassy,” FOKASA said. “Issues related to passport, welfare of workers would have a hassle-free dealing.” FOKASA has made extensive arrangements for those who are unable to attend open houses due to various reasons. The FOKASA shall collect the complaints/petitions of the workers, sort them out and present before the officers at the open house on a priority basis. The workers can register their complaints and feedback with the FOKASA members, Haridas, Nibu Varghese and Harikrishnan. They can also fax their grievances to 01-479-2425, or email them at [email protected]. __
