General Manager Alexander Blair said "I am extremely proud to collect not one, but four awards from the World Travel Awards, an organization that is recognized industry wide for rewarding the best of the best. These awards are dedicated to our entire team, for without their resilient dedication, Al Faisaliah Hotel would not deliver the unparalleled and consistently memorable experiences to our guests each day. I would also like to thank our owner, Al Khozama Management Company and its Chairman, His Highness Prince Bandar bin Saud bin Khaled Al Saud for his pioneering vision, as well as our President, Mr. Abdulaziz Al Habib and Vice President – Hospitality, Mr. Hussein Hatata, for their unfaltering guidance and support."
As one of the capitals most prestigious event venues, the property provides unrivalled sophistication, personalized service and grandiose halls, all within easy reach of the city's central business district and also adjoining the Al Faisaliah Tower. The centerpiece of the hotel's event facilities, the 4,450-square-meter Prince Sultan's Grand Hall is the largest column-free venue in Saudi Arabia, accommodating 4,000 delegates in conference-style seating and 2,800 guests for dinner banquets.

Offering the pinnacle of extravagance and luxury, the Royal Penthouse Suite provides 575sqm of lavish living space across two floors, distinguished by a seamless blend of aesthetics and amenities that create an ambience of pure indulgence.
