JEDDAH — Registration of domestic pilgrims for this year's Haj will start on the first of Dhul Qada 1437 H (Aug. 4) and will continue until Thursday Dhul Hijja 7 ( Sept. 8), the Ministry of Haj and Umrah has announced. It said the registration, starting 8 a.m. will be through the ministry's e-track on the website: localhaj.haj.gov.sa. The ministry warned that any cancellation of the registration after Dhul Hijja 3 (Sept. 4) will subject to a number of deductions from the contract value going from 30 percent to 100 percent. There will be no fines or deductions on cancellations that are done before the payment is made. In case of rejection by the Ministry of Interior to issue the Haj permit, an amount of SR32 will be deducted from the value of the contract. The ministry said the e-track has been provided with a number of services from which the pilgrims can choose. It said the domestic pilgrims will be able to choose the services that they are looking for the prices that they can afford.
