Published in The Saudi Gazette on 12 - 07 - 2016

RIYADH – With the grand opening of the five-star Rosh Rayhaan by Rotana in Riyadh fast approaching, the property's position in the hotel giant's overall plan for Saudi Arabia and the region is steadily becoming a reality.
Centrally located on fashionable Olaya Street, Rosh Rayhaan by Rotana is surrounded by shopping districts and is only a short 20-minute drive from King Khalid International Airport.
Rosh Rayhaan by Rotana is the latest example of Rotana's mission to be the benchmark for hospitality standards both in the Kingdom and in the region as a whole, whether guests are traveling for business or pleasure. Sporting a sleek, contemporary design, the eight-floor property offers 236 splendid rooms and suites spread over eight floors ranging from classic rooms to royal suites in addition to Club Rotana rooms that are designed to meet the needs of business travelers in a comfortably exclusive environment.
General Manager Pierre Zayoun said the new property is not only "a five-star hotel serving the capital, but the juggernaut for the company's strategic development inside the Kingdom". The new property will serve as Rotana's flagship operation in the Kingdom, the first in a string of 6 new properties to be opened by the end of 2017.
The rooms at the new Rosh Rayhaan are spacious and well-appointed while the various levels of suites provide all the VIP amenities that discerning world travelers have come to expect. The 178 sqm Presidential Suite offers the height of luxury while presenting, as do many of the smaller suites, magnificent views of the capital. The 190 sqm Royal Suite, located on the 8th floor and featuring an opulent marble bathroom with a rain shower and a deep-soaking bathtub, tops even the Presidential Suite for luxurious comfort in an opulent setting.
The hotel offers signature restaurants and lounges, each with its own unique style; ensuring guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience without ever stepping outside the property. With its multi-functional venues, inclusive of nine meeting rooms and a spacious ballroom, Rosh Rayhaan by Rotana is fully equipped to host events ranging from lavish weddings to major conferences and exhibitions.
For those looking to stay fit during their visit, the hotel's Bodylines Fitness & Wellness Club offers a full range of cardiovascular equipment and a free weight training area as well as sessions with a personal trainer upon request. Additionally, guests may relax and rejuvenate with the available expert massage therapists, sauna and steam rooms. — SG
