Jeddah – Saudi Arabian Marketing Company (SAMCO) in presence of Hauke Braack Global Porsche Account Manager at ExxonMobil, has renewed its contract with Arabian Petroleum Supply Company Ltd. (APSCO) to supply various types of Mobil 1 lubricants to to Porsche service and maintenance centers across the Kingdom, a statement of the SAMCO said here Monday. SAMCO is the sole dealer of Porsche cars in Saudi Arabia and the APSCO is the dealer and producer of Mobil 1 lubricants. Khalid Al-Tayeb, General Manager of Lubs and Specialties, said that the renewal of the partnership between Mobil 1 and Porsche Saudi Arabia comes as a complement of the strong relationship between the two companies on a global level, Underlining the significance of the relationship between Mobil 1 and Porsche worldwide, Hauke Braack said: “Since 1996 Porsche had put its confidence in Mobil 1 lubricants, and it had become the first oil to be used in new Porsche engines. Over the last 16 years, more than one million Porsche cars left the plant with its engines filled with Mobil 1 oil.”
