The Continuing Education Center (CEC) of the University of Business and Technology (UBT) in Jeddah concluded a new executive training program, the Chartered Certification in Talent Management (CCTM). The program, conducted in collaboration with the Global Academy of Finance and Management (GAFM), included as participants a number of professionals and specialists from various sectors, including higher education, real estate, construction and marine works. The three-day training program was conducted by German Talent Management Expert Hartung. The participants mastered the competency model and acquired skills on finding as well as retaining talents. The participants were honored by UBT Vice Rector and CEC Supervisor Dr. Faisal Iskandarani with the Certificate of Achievement. Those who passed the program exam were also awarded the GAFM Chartered Certification. CEC's upcoming programs include Customer Service Excellence and Master Construction Project Manager, according to a press release.
