If you struggle to find time to go to the gym or to find a good personal trainer, but you have a smartphone, you are halfway to getting your workout class.
Saudi Gazette has found five fitness applications, free to download, that can help you work-out at home, easily and conveniently. All you need to do is download the app that suits you best.
Ultimate Full Body Workouts
This app includes several exercises for the whole body. The only equipment you need, other than a smartphone, is a set of dumbbells. The workout also includes a cool down routine. The app suggests 30 minute workouts three or four times a week.
Seven minute Full Workout
This app is highly recommended for busy people and workaholics. It features 12 exercises down in seven minutes. you only need to do each exercise for 30 seconds In the first two or three months, users can do work outs three or four times a week, and then increase to daily workouts once they have established a routine.
Daily Workouts free
Prepare your mat to start your workout, which could be anywhere from five minutes to 30 minutes long. The exercises cover your legs legs, arms, and abdominal region. Both genders will enjoy implementing the cardio practices, and there are videos of a trainer explaining how to perform each exercise.
Women Workout: Home Gym Cardio
This app focuses on women and using the app regularly can really help with weight loss goals. Women will enjoy playing sports that are showcased in the app's videos and will building their muscle strength. One of the app's features is that it has more than 180 videos. You can set a time for your workout and the goals you hope to achieve. You can also organise a home group cardio class, using the video as your trainer.
10 Daily Exercises
This app has simple exercises, and presents the ten most common exercises that people do, such as push-ups, jumping jacks, high knees, squats, and leg-ups. All you need to is watch the video and copy the moves.
