A number of programs that guarantee participants sustainable jobs are to be launched over the next few weeks. The Hafiz Programs mechanisms are now being finalized by the Human Resource Fund to ensure they can be implemented within the next few weeks. The Director of the Human Resources Fund and Supervisor of Hafiz Program, Ibrahim Al-Me'aiqil, said: “The Fund is currently reviewing the training programs and employment mechanisms to ensure that they keep pace with the current economic activity and diversity.” He revealed a system has been set up for individuals, companies and government authorities to make suggestions to improve the management of the Human Resources Fund. Al-Me'aiqil said: “The Fund is receiving tens of suggestions daily all focusing on developing the Fund's mechanism. The door is open to all to give their suggestions, opinions or remarks on all the programs of the fund because this will reflect positively on developing programs.” He said the Fund is actively expanding its base of employers and can grow by cooperating closely with the private sector, government authorities and all segments of the society. Al-Me'aiqil also made a statement in which he denied rumors that the age of those entitled to Hafiz benefits has been raised to 60 years. “The coming weeks will witness the launching of new programs for employment so that the citizens are employed in sustainable jobs that meet the aspirations of the leadership in the Saudization of jobs and fulfill the ambitions of the young men and women.” __
