Bikers held for appearing half naked in public

DAMMAM — Three motorcyclists were arrested on Friday for being scantly clothed in public.
Eastern Province Police spokesman Col. Ziyad Al-Raqiti said a video went viral of three young men riding motorcycles with only a helmet and underwear.
"Police were able to identify the young men within hours of the circulation of the video. They were arrested and are scheduled to go on trial in a few days. All three men are Saudis in their 30s. They were violating the national dress code, which is based on Islamic law," said Al-Raqiti.
