ALINMA Bank has participated in the third annual Career Day recently organized by the University of Dammam on the university's campus. The event was held under the patronage of Prince Saud Bin Naif, the governor of the Eastern Province. The event was designed to provide a forum through which students and employers from the private and public sectors could engage. Alinma participated with the aim to both seek out new talent, as well as educate students and administrators about the bank's services, vision, mission and values. Speaking about the event, Alinma Bank General Manager of Human Capital Dr. Sulaiman AlHudaif said the bank has a special interested in participating in such events as a way to share information about Alinma and attract potential new hires.
