The Consulate General of India, Jeddah & Ministry of Tourism, Government of India in association with Elaf Jeddah Hotel is organizing a 4-day Indian Food Festival at Elaf Jeddah Hotel (Red Sea Mall). The two earlier Food Festivals at Elaf Jeddah Hotel proved to be highly successful. Three chefs from ITDC, India, have exclusively arrived in Jeddah who will show their culinary skills in this festival. Food lovers will get a rare and unique opportunity to enjoy the original culinary skills and the flavors of exotic spices, which make the Indian cuisine a truly international delight. On menu will be an array of delicacies, all authentic and mouth-watering, from different regions of India. With a chance to view daily live cooking demonstrations, the festivities are a must-visit for not only the gourmet, but also those wishing to experience an exclusive and sumptuous dining palate, all in the heart of the city.
