The Saudi equestrian show jumping team qualified Friday for London Olympic Games 2012 after finishing on top in the Arab Equestrian Tournament which was held in Doha. Abdullah Sharbatli, who stole the show in Doha, was named as the Man of the Tournament. Kamal Ba'hamdan started the first round and finished with five errors. Prince Abdullah Bin Miteb Bin Abdullah made four errors and Abdullah Al-Sharbatli finished the round successfully but was penalized for finishing 78 seconds past the allotted time. Khaled Al-Eid finished the round without errors in 76 minutes and 23 seconds. Prince Nawaf Bin Faisal, President of the General Presidency of Youth Welfare, said that the Saudi equestrian team will prepare for the London Olympic Games by participating in different international tournaments in several countries. Prince Nawaf will honor the winners this February in Riyadh.
