In its effort to boost availability and reachability of Mobily services in partnership with leading local and international chains of stores in the Kingdom, Mobily announced new trade partnerships with the most well-known chain of stores in the kingdom "The Modern Trade". Through this and similar upcoming agreements, Mobily aims to enhance its reach to the customers and facilitate ease of access through stores regularly visited by the customers. The initiative will help widen the implementation and advancement of the process of broadening organized trade across the Kingdom. The initiative will result in promoting and increasing sales and customer service and would serve to enhance customer touch points to enable customers for availing best service. Majid Al Battal, executive general manager for Non-Exclusive Channels in Mobily, said "Mobily is adapting to the recent changes in the dynamics of trade market in the Kingdom. Our purpose behind such initiatives is to ensure that customers are facilitated and must have an easy access to our products and services. Such POSs (Point Of Sales) are not going to be limited to provision of recharge cards but will provide a broad spectrum of services such as SIM card, Data SIMs, Modems and other services at convenient spots inside the store." Mobily has gotten together with a broad range of international and local brands to offer products and services at their outlets, thus ensuring reach and facilitation for customers; some of the more prominent names among the partners include Jarir Bookstore, eXtra, Emax, Panda, Carrefour, LuLu Hypermarket, Tamimi markets, Othaim markets, Danube, Bin Dawood, Meed stores and fuel stations such as Sahel Mart and SASCO.
