ETIHAD Etisalat (Mobily) launched its first official Resellers Service Center to provide service to resellers in Riyadh recently in the presence of a number of company officials; the company aims to enhance the efficiency of communication with its resellers, provide improved customer services and serve them better. Recently, Mobily unveiled a new plan for 2016 to find ways to better facilitate and coordinate with its sales partners. This will enable and equip the supply chain partners to better serve the customers with improved access to Mobily products and devices. The opening of the center is considered first step in this direction and it will be followed by a number of similar centers in all regions across the Kingdom. Nawaf Al Sabhan, General Manager of Business Operations for Mobily, said "Mobily is currently pursuing plans based on our strategy to strengthen linkages and communication with our key partners, such as resellers to serve them better in an efficient manner, hence improving access to different sales channels and dedicated services across all regions of the Kingdom. From the start of 2016, we have initiated the implementation of these plans through first of its kind center; which will be operated and managed by an integrated team of Mobily's experts and technicians." The resellers service center offers a number of services including routers and SIM swap, SIM and payment verification status, auto-renewal status for SIM and many other similar services; Mobily has also made available a dedicated service line 4777 to enable partners to get in touch with Mobily representatives throughout the week.
