Pirates Of The Caribbean actor Orlando Bloom, who spent a quiet Christmas weekend in India, expressed a desire to own jackets like the ones worn by Modi.
Designer Narendra Kumar was summoned to producer Sheetal Talwar's residence in Mumbai, where Orlando was a house guest. Apparently, Orlando has ordered what he calls ‘Modi jackets' in as many colours as possible.
Talwar confirms, "Yes, Orlando wanted the kind of jackets our prime minister has made famous across the world. I called Narendra Kumar home, and we are getting around 10-12 of those jackets in different colours custom-made for Orlando."
Karan Johar wants to launch SRK's son Aryan, when he's ready to step into the glamour industry. The 43-year-old director claims that the 50-year-old actor is beyond family to him, reported the Dawn.
He added, ‘In fact, my equation with him has moved from him to his kids now. I always tell him that I am going to maintain my youth quotient only because I want to launch Aryan. No one else can launch Aryan but me.

Indian government granted Indian citizenship to former Pakistani singer Adnan Sami on humanitarian grounds. The 46-year-old singer, who has made India his second home for the past few years, made a representation to the Home Ministry on May 26, requesting his stay in India on humanitarian grounds. Lahore-born Sami had first arrived in India on March 13, 2001 on a visitor's visa with the validity of one year which was issued by the Indian High Commission in Islamabad.
Sanjay Leela Bhansali, whose Ranveer Singh-Deepika Padukone-Priyanka Chopra-starrer Bajirao Mastani has set the cash registers ringing, is producing Chhabra's directorial debut. The film introduces Vinod Khanna's youngest son, the 24-year-old Sakshi Khanna. A report alleges that Chris Brown punched a female fan in the face after she took a photo of the singer without his permission. The alleged incident happened in Las Vegas, and is currently being investigated.

The exhibition will reflect upon the different facets and materials of her geometric practice and will feature a range of drawings, carpets, and mirror works, showing the depth of her conceptual consideration throughout her career and medium. While many of the drawings and mirror works are new and only produced in the last few years, the presentation also includes drawings and carpets that were made in the early 90s, all of which have never been shown before. Pakistani singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, who arrived in Hyderabad on Thursday to perform at a New Year's Eve event, was deported soon after he landed at the city's Rajiv Gandhi International Airport for not completing immigration formalities. Khan subsequently had to return to Abu Dhabi and catch a flight to Delhi before he could come back to Hyderabad.
