The inaugural seafood festival promotion kicked off at LuLu Saudi Hypermarket outlets in Saudi Arabia on Saturday. The festival was inaugurated by Alsheikh Muneef Al Mutairy at 5:30 p.m. at LuLu outlets in Murabba. This is the 5th consecutive year that LuLu Saudi Hypermarket is holding the seafood festival. The event includes activities aimed at educating customers about different seafood habits, and to give them insights into various cooking styles and ingredients in different cuisines. During this festival, LuLu will showcase more than 100 varieties of fish, including fresh, frozen, dry and imported ones from all over the world, and fish related products to cater customers from different nationalities. It will be one of the biggest fish displays, where customers can get the quality seafood with reasonable prices, while enjoying great cooking demos, live entertainment, etc. There will be variety of local as well as fresh import ranges like fresh Norwegian salmon, smoked salmon, Egyptian tilapia, Atlantic mackerel, rainbow trout, crab, mussels, squids, oysters, live Tilapia, and live lobsters and crayfish. A special area for shrimps and lobsters is also arranged. Import ranges from different parts of the world, including oyster, cod fillet, sea brass, Canadian lobster and Black Sea bream will create an ambience of global ocean resources gathering at one point. Crab meat roll, fish sauces and other special varieties will also be on display during this promotional period. There will be a wide range of seafood biryanis, fish fries, Fish n Chips, grilled fish, fish curries, seafood salads and fish sandwiches. The special attraction of this festival will be different fish varieties at the seafood section. Bakery section will exhibit fish pizzas and bun, and puffs.
