Published in The Saudi Gazette on 26 - 11 - 2015

Virgin Mobile has been recognized for Best Customer Service in the Middle East and Africa at the CommsMEA 2015 awards, a top event for the telecoms industry in the region.
The award was collected at a glittering ceremony in Dubai by Virgin Mobile Middle East & Africa CEO and Founder Mikkel Vinter.
The Best Customer Service award recognized Virgin Mobile for being the operator that has placed the customer at the front and centre of its business by delivering the best customer service possible.
The judges commended Virgin Mobile for its work to Make Mobile Better, ranging from providing straight-forward and fair plans to the heartfelt member service at the Virgin Mobile Member Care center.
At the Member Care center in Jeddah, every call is answered by a human being rather than a machine. Member care agents are empowered to solve almost any issue straight away. Virgin Mobile customers can also contact the Member Care centre via Facebook, Twitter or Instagram and are guaranteed an answer within 20 minutes, day or night.
Mikkel Vinter said: "At Virgin Mobile our promise is to Make Mobile Better. Great customer experience and service is fundamental to how we deliver that promise. I congratulate everyone in our team on this fantastic recognition from our industry peers in the Middle East and Africa for our member care service excellence."
CommsMEA 2015 was the 10th edition of the awards which recognize operators and individuals who have taken a leadership role in the region's telecoms sector.
Virgin Mobile Middle East and Africa is the region's most successful Mobile Virtual Network Operator, and the only regional group with MVNO operations in five countries across the Middle East and Africa — South Africa, Oman, Malaysia, Jordan and Saudi Arabia.
