The second round of matches in the RCA Saudi Orix Tournament witnessed thrilling encounters here recently.
The tournament is sponsored by Saudi Orix leasing company and organized by Riyadh Cricket Association (RCA).
Huraymala League
Stallions continued its dominance with a 66-run win over Pak Eagles. Stallions piled up another massive total of 275 with Adnan scoring his 2nd century (126). Imran (58) and Sohail (50) smashed fifties. Usman picked up 2 wickets. Pak Eagles managed only 209. Farman (52) and Farooq (50) scored fifties. Imran took 4 wickets and Faisal 2.
AKCC was humbled by Kohsaar. AKCC put on 191. Kamal hit 47, Sultan 43 and Nadeem 32. Sohail took 2 wickets. Kohsaar reached the target in 19.2 overs. Usman top scored with 59, while Wahid and Manan scored 45 and 32, respectively. Nadeem bagged 2 wickets.
Sulaiman XI beat Fuchs. Fuchs put on 198. Bukhari and Akhtar took 2 wickets each. Sulaiman XI chased the target in 18 overs. Ansar hit 75 not out. Habib scored 45 and Bukhari 30.
Sinmar defeated Riyadh Warriors by 123 runs. Riyadh Warriors scored 247. Abdul Rahim made 71 and Mohsin 61. Imtiyaz took 2 wickets. Sinmar was restricted to 124. Imtiaz hit 45 and Ishtiaq 29. Javed picked up 4 wickets and Mohsin 2.
Hayer League
Indian Strikers 115 for 4 (Anish 28, Sunil 26; Zahid 2 wickets) beat Riyadh Royals 111 all out (Shehzad 29; Anees 4 wickets, Sunil 3, Mithun 2) by 6 wickets.
FAST 176 all out (Sulaiman 31, Alam 28; Faizan, Sabzar and Mushtaq 2 wickets each) beat Kashmir Strikers 166-8 (Mushtaq 32; Nadeem 4 wickets, Ijaz 2) by 10 runs.
AKCC Blue 176 for 8 (Rizvi 3 wickets, Obaid 2) crushed by Thales 178 for 5 (Aziz 90, Obaid 22; Mohsin 4 wickets, Asad 2 wickets) by 5 wickets.
TBCC 157 for 2 (Faisal 57, Shareef 45) flattened Black Caps 155 for 8 (Shameem 3 wickets, Mehendara 2 and Faisal 2) by 8 wickets.
Diriyah League
Professional Creations 87 for 7 (Fenil 33; Nadeem 5 wickets) defeated Abana 86 all out (Qasim 25; Sabeer 4 wickets, Chess 2, Dilip 2 and Vimel 2) by 3 wickets.
United Lions 127 for 9 (Sudeesh 20; Jafar 2, Ayub 2 and Waseem 2) lost to Lahore Badshah Green 244 for 5 (Waseem 53, Sahib 51; Zeeshan 41) by 117 runs.
Challengers XI 175 for 7 (Samar 50, Sony 28; Shamroz 4 wickets) humbled Phoenix 174 for 9 (Haseeb Farooq 64, Hasib 38; Samar 3 wickets, Nasir 2 and Sony 2) by 3 wickets. — SG
