He has over 15 years of experience handling a broad range of litigation and arbitration matters in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including IP and employment litigation, insurance and re-insurance matters and enforcement of foreign arbitration awards, including under the new Saudi Arbitration Law. Amer has represented local and international clients in a variety of courts throughout the Kingdom, across a broad range of sectors, including real estate, construction, banking and finance, retail, healthcare and life sciences.
