DAMAC Properties dominates Arabian Property Awards

DAMAC Properties has reaffirmed its position as one of the leading luxury real estate developers in the region, after collecting nine awards at the Arabian Property Awards hosted in Dubai. The company was recognized across a host of areas, including awards for: Best Hotel Interior, Best Leisure Development, Best Developer Website and Best Golf Course, among many others.
DAMAC Properties will now represent the region at the International Property Awards, which will be hosted in London, UK, next month.
Paramount Tower Hotel & Residences, the company's latest hotel and hotel apartment's project in collaboration with Paramount Hotels & Resorts, was a big winner on the night, collecting a 5-star award for best Hotel Interior and being selected to represent the region in the international awards.
The Trump World Golf Club, Dubai — currently under development at the 55 million square foot lifestyle community, AKOYA Oxygen, was named as the best golf course in the region and will also vie for the title of the ‘world's best' next month. In 2013, the Trump International Golf Club, Dubai won the coveted title.
DAMAC Properties has also been recognized for the work it has done in creating an industry-leading online presence, by being awarded the region's best developer website, www.damacproperties.com.
Other 5-star winners on the night were Vista Lux, which was named the best leisure development for Dubai, and The Drive at AKOYA which was highly commended in the ‘Retail Development, Dubai' category.
