RIYADH — Under the slogan "chivalry procession", ABDULATIF Al-Abdulatif cancer screening society for early detection of breast cancer has launched a campaign to enlighten women about the necessity of early examination for breast cancer. The center is an affiliate of the Saudi Cancer Society. The event was held with the activities to mark the International Cancer Day falling every year in October. According to oncologists, if detected early, the chances of healing from the breast cancer as high as 95 percent. In addition to the awareness part, the event also included workshops for children to paint and color, a pavilion for the productive families, a photography corner and a procession of horses.
