Blueberry and Green Tea Smoothie INGREDIENTS SERVINGS 2 3⁄4cup water 2green tea bags (brew tea the night before to save time in the morning) 2cups blueberries, fresh or frozen 3ice cubes 12ounces non-fat vanilla yogurt 2tablespoons almonds, whole dry-roasted, unsalted (about 20) 2tablespoons flax seeds, ground DIRECTIONS Bring water to a boil and pour over tea bags.
