The Kingdom is a stable country but the possibility of seditious groups trying to disrupt the peace and order that Saudi citizens enjoy cannot be ruled out. The country's stability has been the envy of malevolent groups, particularly those taking orders from other countries or driven by deviant idelogies, who may want to deprive us of our peace of mind. In any stable country, in the region or in the world, there will always be extremist groups which would like to sow chaos in a bid to seize power so they can impose their own devious agendas. Even in advanced countries in Europe, there are extremists who from time to time threaten the stability of peaceful countries. Often they do not have productive agendas. In the Kingdom, which has attained a great measure of stability, there are enemies who are indignant because Allah Almighty has bestowed on us a multitude of blessings. Some of these people are collaborators of foreign enemies and have sold themselves to our enemies. These are the people who want to instigate sedition. These people should realize that the security of the country is a red line that should not be crossed. The government has the obligation of protecting the lives and interests of its citizens. The relationship between citizens and leadership is based on loyalty and allegiance to this country. We are a united people and no enemy can divide us and destroy our loyalty to our country. We will stand united against the instigators and collaborators. We will never allow them to threaten us, our security and the peace that our families enjoy under a government that has always looked after our welfare and our future. __
