The Indian government has set up an online visa application system and it can be accessed at the website: indianvisaonline.gov.in/visa/. Applicants for the Indian visa can now apply through this system. The applicants from Saudi Arabia need to log on to the website and select the option of ‘Saudi Arabia–Jeddah' as the mission. They are then required to fill a self-explanatory visa form and submit it online to start the process, take a printout, and approach a preferred visa outsourcing agency (namely VFS Global, Al-Fifer and Al-Tayyar) and submit a copy of their application, passport, two photographs and application fees. This will enable visa-outsourcing agencies to access forms online and further process their applications. In case of urgency, applicants may directly approach the consulate.
