There are 678 rain drainage canals, 200 of which have been completed, Al-Huqail added. As for train stations, Al-Huqail said that work is being carried out as per schedule and that the stations will be completed on time. He also said the procedures of property expropriation and compensation will be done by a committee with members from seven official boards. “They will assess the value of real estate according to the market price and pay compensation according to the law of public property expropriation.”
