The Makkah Mayoralty has provided its branches, central departments, supervisory committees and service centers at the ritual sites with over 1,200 cars to help Haj pilgrims. Ameen Na'eb Al-Haram, an official in charge of organizing the Makkah Mayoralty cars, said this will allow personnel to conduct field inspections easily in Makkah and the ritual sites. Mahmoud Bin Al-Alam Al-Saati, Director of the Transportation and Traffic Department, said the Makkah Mayoralty has a fleet of vehicles including four-wheel cars, mini vans, ambulances and cars which transfer the dead. A total of 500 motorbikes will also be used at the ritual sites.
