Sayeed Ahmed Baba (right), an IAS officer, formally took over as new Consul General of India for Jeddah, Saturday. Baba shakes hands with former Indian Consulate General, Dr. Ausaf Sayeed, who is proceeding to Delhi and is expected to join the Ministry of External Affairs as Joint Secretary.
