Saudi national, Abdul Wahab Hadi Mubarak, has been waiting five long years for a debtor to pay him SR16,900, this despite getting a court order against the man. A Civil Rights source in Khamis Mushayt said the case is registered at the department and the moment they arrest the defendant, he will be obliged to pay. The source added that a search for the debtor is underway and there will be no delay in implementing the verdict. Mubarak said the verdict has been attested in a lengthy court document. The verdict stipulates that the money has to be paid otherwise the debtor faces imprisonment. “Despite knowing where my rival lives, he is still free and has not paid what he owes me,” he complained. __
