Porsche Middle East and Africa FZE, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, Stuttgart, delivered 924 new vehicles in August in Middle East and Africa region, a 43 percent over the same month in 2010. The August figures represent a number of personal best performances from around the region with Dubai delivering 211 vehicles, Saudi Arabia 110 and South Africa 155. Since the beginning of 2011, owners across the Middle East and Africa region have taken delivery of 5,388 Porsche cars, representing an increase of 26 per cent over the corresponding period of 2010. The Porsche Panamera continues to go from strength to strength with 279 customer deliveries, the second highest since its launch in 2009.
