About 45,000 remaining Umrah visitors are all set to depart for their respective homelands, said Dr. Isa Rawwas, Deputy Minister of Haj for Umrah Affairs. He said the number of people staying beyond their visa time limit for doing work illegally has considerably reduced due to strict measures taken by the ministry in coordination with relevant agencies. Dr Rawwas appreciated the outstanding performance of Umrah companies, adding that their commitment to flight times and luggage weight, and their cooperation with other regulatory procedures of the ministry contributed to facilitating the process of the departure of Umrah pilgrims. This year Umrah visitors increased by 30 percent, compared to last year. __
