The 1,200-meter underpass, which has four lanes in each direction of the divided highway and a total width of 32.2 meters, has been built at a cost of SR102.8 million, said Dhaifallah Al-Otaibi, Mayor of the Eastern Province. The underpass walls were beautified and signboards, lights and traffic lights were set up recently, he added. __
