Prince Mishari Bin Saud Bin Abdul Aziz, Emir of Al-Baha region, said that any government official who fails to satisfactorily perform his duties satisafctwill lose his position. Prince Mishari called on officials to mobilize the facilities the government has provided them to serve the country and its citizens. “It is incumbent upon every government official to serve citizens with dedication and honesty because the government has provided all the ministries and their branches with billions of riyals to guarantee the welfare of citizens,” Prince Mishari said in a statement to Okaz/Saudi Gazette. He added that King Abdullah's directives aim to provide citizens, the main focus of development, with comfort and happiness. Prince Mishari also stressed that all relevant authorities should facilitate the movement of Umrah pilgrims traveling from Yemen and southern parts of the Kingdom on the Al-Baha Coastal Road to Makkah. “Each authority, including security officers, traffic department, and police shall provide Umrah pilgrims with complete services and road directions,” he said. “They should ensure the safety and comfort of those who stop at rest areas.” Prince Mishari has also directed the Endowments and Mosques Department to inspect mosques on the outskirts of Al-Baha outskirts and ensure that they are kept clean and have enough water. __
