Saudi Telecom Company (STC) announced the name of the first winner of gold bars and gold-pounds in the first draw of its special offer "Win Gold with SAWA recharge". The campaign covers all STC customers who use SAWA recharge to recharge their lines. It comes as a reflection of STC loyalty to its customers and its keenness to provide them with a variety of gifts that suit them while creating more opportunities for them to win different weights of gold every week. In addition to that the campaign provides free calls and SMS as instant prize. The duration of the campaign is 6 weeks and is organized under the supervision of the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry which supervised the first draw event with the attendance of a representative from the Chamber. Every customer who uses SAWA recharge which is available in the form of plastic recharging cards, STC Express device or through banks or SAWA recharge service through postpaid lines, will get a number of free text messages or minutes within STC network or a free data bundle for internet usage on Aljawal. In addition, the customer's mobile number used in recharging process will automatically enter the weekly draw to win one of the prizes, in kilos, ounces or pounds of gold every week. The "Win Gold with SAWA Recharge" campaign comes as a continuation to previous SAWA campaigns launched by the company for SAWA and LANA customers last year such as "Win with SAWA" and "Recharge your Mobile with Gold" whereby kilos of gold were distributed to winners in different cities in the Kingdom. Also the "Everyone Wins with SAWA" campaign and the "Recharge with SAWA and Win thousands of Gifts" provide more attractive offers to customers. The first winner, Abdul Aziz Sharaf, from Al-Khobar received one kilo gold as the grand prize of the week, while Hussain Salih from Dammam, Arshad Sharif from Hafr Al-Batin, Fouad Mohammed from Riyadh, Faisal Al-Dosari from Ahsaa, Hassan Ahmed from Makkah, Ali Abbas Al-Tayeb from Tabouk, Matira Al-Shammari from Rafhaa and Ghusham Al-Marzougi from Taif won 30 gram for each of them.
