STC launches ‘With Jawal You Are a Winner' promo

Saudi Telecom Company (STC) launched its new promotional campaign “With AlJawal You are a Winner” for its post-paid customers. Customers will receive a free gift every month after being notified by SMS in addition to entering a draw to win six luxury cars which will be drawn twice a month along with other gifts. This promotional campaign targets all post-paid AlJawal customers in addition to new customers and those switching to AlJawal.
All post-paid customers are entitled to enter the draw for the six cars and other gifts which include 500 Qitaf points or SR 50 free credit, free subscription in Mawjood Extra, Sada, Family & Friends, JawalNet 30, AlJawal TV package for three channels. Customers will also receive one free service on a monthly basis which includes 10 SMS, 10 MMS, 10 voice, 10 video calls.
“With Jawal You are a Winner” promotion will be carried out in two stages beginning with an SMS campaign announcing the launch and subsequently another SMS campaign informing customers of the prizes they won. Once a customer receives a free subscription for a service he does not have, gift is received as soon as he adds the service.
Saudi Telecom earlier launched its new promotional campaign for all SaudiNet cards by giving its customers 50 percent extra time for all Afaq DSL cards for 256 kb/s to 2 mb/s speeds during a promotional period which will last for two months.
The promotion allows customers to enjoy more time to browse the Internet during the summer vacation using SaudiNet cards, the highest quality cards in the Saudi market.
In a statement, STC indicated that the promotion will give its customers addition free time equal to 50 percent of the duration of their subscription in AFAQ DSL cards (from SaudiNet). The customer, when purchasing a one-month card will receive 15 additional free days making his subscription 45 days, and when he purchases a three-month card it becomes valid for four and one-half months, while a six months card will become valid for nine months. All customers can benefit from this promotion as it is linked to the activation of the cusomter's own personal number during the promotion regardless of the time of purchase of the card.
