Crown Prince Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz, Deputy Premier, Defense and Aviation Minster, has been selected for the second consecutive year as the Man of the Year for Humanitarian Services, according to an opinion poll conducted by Kuwaiti Arabic language daily Al-Sharq. Dr. Majed Al-Gosaibi, Director General of Prince Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz Foundation, said the Crown Prince's selection for the second consecutive year reflects his efforts in the field of social development. The Crown Prince founded Prince Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz Charitable Foundation in 1995 which has been categorized as the best humanitarian organization at the level of Arab and Islamic countries by an international philanthropist organization. The London-based World Philanthropists Organization chose Prince Sultan Foundation for the philanthropist of the year award in 2006 in appreciation of its humanitarian activities at Muslim, Arab and international levels. The organization issued a report detailing the works achieved by Prince Sultan Charitable Foundation in the field of philanthropy. In 2003, it won the King Faisal International Prize. The Foundation is a manifestation of Crown Prince Sultan's charitable and humanitarian efforts. __
