Saudi Arabian Airlines has added five after-reservation services to its Unified Reservation Centers which can be accessed toll free at 920022222. The new services are: ticket reissue, change of destination, change of flight time, change of class, and opening un-endorsable tickets if a passenger does not show up on time. All these services are available over the phone. In the past it could only be done at a ticket sales office. “These services were successfully added last Sunday. Now one can call a URC employee and have him do any of the above services by using one's credit card,” Muhammad Jan, General Manager of Unified Reservation Centers and Phone Sales, said. “The services are available to credit card holders and will be available soon through Sadad system to those who do not have credit cards,” the official said. __
