Khoja, Minister of Culture and Information, has approved radio channel programs for the blessed month of Ramadan. The minister reiterated the importance of taking into account the sanctity of the holy month in broadcasting channels including the Holy Qur'an and Islam Call Radios and directed to broadcast prayers from the Holy Mosque in Makkah and Prophet's Mosque in Madina to Arab countries. Ibrahim Bin Ahmed Al-Saqou, Assistant Deputy Minister of Culture and Information for Radio Affairs, pointed out that radio channels will provide 138 programs produced at radio studios during the blessed month of Ramadan. Earlier this month, Al-Khoja said local television programming in Ramadan will live up to the expectations of all viewers. Abdul Rahman Abdul Aziz Al-Hazaa, the Saudi Television General Supervisor, said new programs and plans have been prepared for Ramadan.
