The Ministry of Justice's online portal now provides the service of calculating inheritance according to the Islamic Shariah laws. Within its efforts to spread the culture of justice, the organization recently added several features to its website, including a guide for the ministry's approved marriage officials (Mazoons) and one for licensed lawyers. Other services on the site include providing codes, executive regulations and an electronic map that shows the Justice Ministry's facilities. Sheikh Ibrahim Al-Qani, President of the Jeddah General Court, said the site's content makes things easier for people and the judiciary. In another judicial matter, he said women denied their inheritances are entitled to file cases to get their rights, explaining that the judge would force those who took her share to give it to her or be jailed until they do. __
