MUMBAI: Preity Zinta is currently in Paris signing up two of the biggest stars in French cinema for her first production. Apparently, one of the names being bandied about is Fabrice Luchini, and the other is a younger but popular French actor. Says a source close to the actress, “Once she finalizes the French cast, she will make an announcement. Apart from being her first production, this is also her first international venture. She's going all out to get the best technicians and star cast she can afford. Preity will also star in it and be seen in a high fashion avatar. The movie, a romantic comedy directed by Prem Soni, will be shot in Paris. Soni has accompanied Preity to Paris to meet the French stars and recce for places to shoot.” When contacted, Zinta said, “I'm currently in Paris working out the details of my first home production. Right now, it's too early to disclose anything since we are still in the discussion stages. The film is Indian at heart with French actors and will go on floors this August.”
