JEDDAH: The Criminal Investigations Department (CID) at the Patrols and Passports Command in Jeddah has arrested an Arab expatriate who was making money by attempting to convince his fellow countrymen that he could facilitate their departure from the Kingdom without having their fingerprints checked by the authorities. A team was assigned to arrest the man. One of the officers pretended to be a customer and offered him a large amount of money. He agreed to help the undercover officer and was later arrested red-handed when the money was offered to him. The man will soon appear in court.
