Partnership Yehya Abu Diyab (left), owner and president of Abu Diyab Company, and Wael Mustafa, National Fleet Sales manager, Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors shake hands after signing the accord.
JEDDAH: Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors (MYNM), the exclusive importer of MINI vehicles in the Kingdom, has concluded a deal with Abu Diyab Rent-a-Car to add five new MINIs to the luxury auto leasing firm's fleet before the end of the year.
One of the Kingdom's leading luxury car and limousine rental companies, Abu Diyab Rent-a-Car has invested in the MINI Cooper S Hatch vehicles from Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors, making it the first and only rental firm in the Kingdom to include MINI's in its fleet.
Wael Mustafa, national fleet manager of Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors, said: “MINI has established itself in the Kingdom as a symbol of fun urban driving and has become an essential part of its drivers' active and energetic lifestyle. Our partnership with Abu Diyab Rent-a-Car will enable a wider segment of the public to enjoy the exciting go-kart MINI drive experience.”
MINI has been a core focus for Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors in recent months and as such, the importer has looked to increase their sales of the iconic brand through a variety of channels.
“This deal is an example of the many different and innovative ways in which we promote and market our MINI models,” Mustafa added.
Sales of MINI in the Kingdom jumped 40 percent in the first quarter of 2011.
