JEDDAH: The alumni of Jamia Nizamiah are conducting their 15th annual Islamic Summer coaching program from July 2 to Aug. 10. A school building has been acquired in Aziziya District here where boys and girls will be separately taught by learned male and female teachers. No fees is charged for this coaching program. Subjects to be taught during the period include recitation of Holy Qur'an with Tajweed, memorization of some important chapters from the Holy Qur'an, memorization of Ahadeeth (the sayings of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) in Arabic with their meanings in different languages and practical application of the correct way to offer prayers and perform ablution etc. Islamic quiz (general knowledge of Islamic history) will also be conducted.
